Size M: Rose's Swim Dress (from Titanic/1912)

This dress is one-of-a-kind, and I will not be making any more like this.  It was made for my sister to wear to the 25th anniversary showing of Titanic in February 2023.  It was worn once and looks brand new.

ALL THE DETAILS

This Regency ensemble is a women's size 8-10 (M) and is ideal for heights of about 5'9" to 5'11".  It will fit a bust measurement up to 39" and an underbust/waist measurement of up to 33".

The dress includes:

• All 100% polyester fabrics: blue crepe, white chiffon, and peach crinkle chiffon
  
• a white chiffon overdress attached to the blue crepe underdress
  
• a back zipper closure
• a sleeveless underdress with sheer sleeves on the overdress
• a peach sash
• vintage white lace around the front neck
  
• a train of about 18" long

The MEASUREMENTS are as follows:

• bust: 40"
• underbust/waist: 34"
• back nape of neck to hem: 60" + 18" train

This ensemble can be worn over modern undergarments.  The sash can pull in any extra fullness around the underbust/waist.

HOW TO MEASURE YOURSELF

Please measure yourself while wearing the undergarments you plan to wear with the items.  Remember that measurements such as your bust and underbust should be smaller than the ensemble measurements by about an inch, to allow for ease of movement.

CARE INSTRUCTIONS

A care card will be included with your order, but this ensemble can be washed in cold water and dried on low heat.  A warm iron can be used on it.

All fabrics are preshrunk, usually by prewashing.  Seller is not responsible for any allergic reactions to the detergent used in prewashing.

Items with buttons will arrive with an extra button sewn inside.
