When you purchase a made-to-order item, you get the petticoat of your dreams by providing measurements for a custom fit. Please note that trims such as lace, braid, etc. will vary slightly depending on stock available. As a custom piece, this item is professionally handmade at my Texas (USA) studio and order fulfillment takes 10-12 weeks. Please see the website header for a current estimate on the month your order will be shipped to you. Shipping within the U.S. is FREE for all orders over $50.

ALL THE DETAILS
This petticoat is made to order in the size that you choose and hemmed to the measurement that your measurements. Once you have placed your order, I will send you an email (within 48 hours) with the measurements I need you to provide to ensure an exact fit!
The petticoat includes:
- 100% cotton lawn in white
- two cotton twill tape drawstrings - one in top front bodice and one in the underbust band
- a back closure of buttons and the underbust drawstring
- a fitted front skirt
- a back skirt with five pleats on each side
- a minimum width of 60"
- eyelet trim on the hem
- multiple 1" tucks above the hem to hold your skirts out from your legs, if you, like Lizzy, are "quite fond of walking"
Choose your size based on the pictured measurement chart; please make sure to measure yourself while wearing the undergarments you plan to wear with the petticoat, such as your chemise and stays. The petticoat is shown over the proper undergarments, a chemise and stays, but no chemise or stays come with this purchase. The petticoat will be hemmed to sit about 3-4" above the ground, based on the measurements provided on your measurement worksheet.

CARE INSTRUCTIONS
A care card will be included with your order, but this petticoat can be machine washed and dried in cold water and pressed with a hot iron.
All fabrics are preshrunk, usually by prewashing. Seller is not responsible for any allergic reactions to the detergent used in prewashing.
Items that have buttons on them come with an extra button sewn inside.
