Limited Edition: Regency Tartan Ball Gown

Inspired by a fashion plate and an extant gown made in tartan, this ball gown is sure to make you the diamond of the season!

There is only ONE (1) available of this design, so purchase now if you want this Limited Edition garment!  The dress will be made in the Emma's Ball Gown design (a $399 value) with trim add-ons (a $99 value).  This ball gown is available in all sizes from XS to 5X.

As a custom piece, this item is professionally handmade at my Texas (USA) studio and order fulfillment takes 10-12 weeks. Please see the website header for a current estimate on the month your order will be shipped to you. Shipping within the U.S. is FREE for all orders over $50.

ALL THE DETAILS

This gown is made-to-order to your measurements. Within 48 hours of receiving your order, I will send you a measurement worksheet listing the measurements required for a perfect fit. 

The dress includes:

• 100% silk voile fabric in a red/green/brown/white plaid
• fully lined bodice with 100% cotton in a neutral color
• a square neckline
• lace or ruffle trim in the front neckline
• a back button bodice closure
  
• short puffed sleeves gathered into a narrow cuff
• a full gathered center back skirt with a fitted skirt on the sides and front
  
• trim details on the sleeves and skirt hem
  

To achieve the correct historical silhouette, the gown is pictured over a shift and stays, but no shift and stays are included with this listing. This gown is made to fit over historical stays and will not fit correctly over modern undergarments. However, if you would like your commissioned gown to fit over modern undergarments, please communicate this on your measurement worksheet, and I will be happy to oblige!  The gown will be hemmed to sit about 2" off the floor, based on the measurements you send after you order.

A care card will be included with your order, but this silk gown will be dry clean only

All fabrics are preshrunk, usually by prewashing.  Seller is not responsible for any allergic reactions to the detergent used in prewashing.

Items with buttons will arrive with an extra button sewn inside.
